CleverCare started with a simple idea: caregiver training shouldn't require a long trip, a big budget, or a classroom taught by someone who's never worked in healthcare. That's why we're not one big school, we're five, spread across Cebu, and every one of them is taught by registered nurses.
Our story
CleverCare Training Center, Inc. was founded in December 2023 as a TESDA-accredited institution dedicated to making professional caregiving training accessible, transparent, and career-focused. From our head office in Tayud, Consolacion, we've grown into five branches across Cebu, in Lapu-Lapu, Consolacion, Talamban, Minglanilla, and Colon, empowering learners through affordable, high-quality Technical-Vocational Education.
We believe meaningful education should be practical, affordable, and lead directly to real opportunities. That's why every CleverCare program is designed and taught by registered nurse educators, the only caregiving training center in Cebu that does this, so every learner graduates not only with a TESDA certification but with the confidence and competence to care with excellence.

Mission: To make caregiving education accessible and practical by providing top-tier training, fair pricing, and compassionate mentorship from licensed professionals.
Vision: To become the most trusted and innovative caregiving training network in the Philippines' tech-voc space, setting new standards in quality and learner success post graduation.
We also believe in keeping training accessible, which is why we offer TESDA, CleverCare, and OWWA scholarships to qualified applicants.

Our educators
Every CleverCare class is designed and taught by a registered nurse. Here are some of the registered nurses teaching across our branches.
With nearly two decades of teaching and leadership experience in nursing and caregiving education, Mr. Manzanares leads CleverCare's academics with a passion for excellence and a belief that world-class care begins with proper training and mentorship.
Junior Instructor
A registered nurse with a Master's degree in Nursing and over a decade of experience spanning hospital care, clinical instruction, and healthcare operations. Carlo has mentored nursing students across the OB, surgical, and ER wards.
Junior Instructor
A junior instructor and registered nurse with hands-on experience across OB, Pediatric, NICU, and PACU wards. Sheryl's varied career, from bedside nursing to classroom mentorship, gives students a practical, well-rounded view of patient care.
Junior Instructor
A registered nurse with a Diploma in Professional Education, combining a nursing license with real classroom teaching experience as a former school nurse and science teacher. Osheena brings both clinical and educational expertise to her students.

A registered nurse with 6 years of Operating Room and Post-Anesthesia Care experience, currently an Assistant Charge Nurse at Cebu Doctors University Hospital. Franz brings sharp attention to safety and process to every lesson.

An OR Head Nurse at Cebu Doctors University Hospital and registered nurse with over 6 years across the Operating Room, PACU, and Medical-Surgical wards. Kyzyl's leadership experience shows in how clearly she breaks down procedures for students.
Junior Instructor
Freshly licensed as a registered nurse, with broad clinical rotation experience across Medical-Surgical, Operating Room, Emergency, and Dialysis units. Rubee Mae brings up-to-date clinical knowledge and real enthusiasm for teaching.
Junior Instructor
A registered nurse just starting his career, with rotations spanning Emergency, Delivery, Operating Room, and Elderly Care settings. That range across departments makes Michael Jay a versatile, patient teacher for practical caregiving skills.
Junior Instructor
Newly registered as a nurse, with clinical training in Emergency, Medical-Surgical, and OB/Delivery care. Jamaica also holds certification in Aeromedical and Tactical Evacuation, adding an extra layer of emergency-readiness to her teaching.

An honors graduate and newly licensed registered nurse, with training across Delivery Room, Elderly Home, Dialysis, and Psychiatric care settings. That breadth of exposure to different patient populations serves her well in teaching elderly and special-needs care.
